Our 12 PM Class is perfect for those who want a break from the workday or a structured midday workout session. It’s a mix of strength, conditioning, and functional movement designed to energize you for the rest of the day.

fit kids class

Our Fit Kids Class is designed to introduce children to fitness in a safe, structured, and fun way. Through games, exercises, and teamwork, kids learn coordination, discipline, and healthy habits early on.
